Bag Closing
Unit with Feed-In Device: The unit is made up of automatic bag
closing machine, bag feed-in device and a column. The feed-in device
fold over the bag mouth and guides the bag to the machine where it sews
the plain closure, which can increase the fastness greatly, avoid
untying and leak. Installed with a belt conveyor, it is used normally in
food, sugar, chemical plant and port etc.

Feed-In Device: Model JB99 Plastic Woven Bag feed-in device is a
kind of automatic bag top feed-in and fold over device for packing
bag newly developed by our company. Used together with Model
GK35-6 Full-automatic Bag Closing Machine, it can obtain even more
excellent automatic feed-in, curling and sealing performance. It has
been widely used for fold over and sealing the packing bags in such
trades as food, sweet, petrochemical industry and port, etc. |

How to Select Right Model for Yourself:
1. Select sewing head by the thread cutting and
start-stop style you needed (refer to the description of Heavy Duty Bag
Closing Mchine)
2. Decide the length of belt conveyor.
3. Decide whether you need a tape cover (only can
be selected when you have selected GK35-6A or GK35-8A sewing head).
4. Decide whether you need a bag feed-in device
(only can be selected when you have selected GK35-6A or GK35-8A sewing
head).
For example: you need a single
needles two threads machine, and you select mechanical thread cutting
type, so you can select GK35-2C;
Then, the length of belt
conveyor you need is 2.5m (2500mm), so you select LFS2500 belt conveyor;
Then, as the sewing head is
GK35-2C, so 3 and 4 is passed;
Thus, the right model is LFS2500
